Welcome to Prompt Generator! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prompt Generator mobile application (the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these

Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

Prompt Generator is a tool that uses a third-party generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) model to transform user-provided text ideas into detailed, structured prompts for use with other AI services.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own all rights to the Service, including its software, user interface, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. You retain all ownership rights to the initial text and ideas you input into the

Service (“Input”) and to the prompts generated by the Service based on your Input (“Output”). You are free to use the Output for any purpose, including personal or commercial use.

  3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, including PRO subscriptions and the synchronization of your data (such as favorite prompts) across devices, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities or actions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the functionality provided within the app’s settings. This action will result in the permanent deletion of your account and associated data stored on our servers. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions.

  4. Subscriptions and Payments

PRO Subscriptions: Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription (“PRO”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select.

Auto-Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the subscription management page in your App Store account settings. Deleting your account or uninstalling the application will not cancel your subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscription cancellation.

Billing and Payments: All payments are processed through the App Store, from which you originally downloaded the application. You must provide the App Store with valid payment information.

Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be directed to the App Store, as we do not process payments or refunds directly.

 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

  5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your Input and for how you use the Output. You agree not to provide Input that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights, or contains software viruses. We are not responsible for the content of your Input or the consequences of you using the Output.

  6. Third-Party Services

The functionality of the Service relies on third-party services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to their respective terms and policies.

Google (Gemini API & Firebase): The core prompt generation feature uses the Google Generative AI (Gemini) API. We also use Firebase for user authentication and data storage. Your use is subject to Google’s terms and policies.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your purchase information on our behalf to validate your PRO status.

  7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Output. The Output is generated by an AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You use the Service and its Output at your own risk.

  8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prompt Generator, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service or any Output obtained from the Service.

  9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

  10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such revisions become effective signifies your agreement to the revised terms.

  11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
